fix: Fedimint Guardian UI on port 8175 (not 8174 API)

Fedimintd serves JSON-RPC API on 8174 and Guardian web UI on 8175.
Updated all port mappings: frontend AppSession, nginx HTTP/HTTPS
proxies, PodmanClient static map.
