[Bug]: Bitcoin Core 28.4 crashing after upgrade #18

Description

After updating I stopped seeing the block progress on the main screen. Bitcoind not working?
Reboot fixed it. Same happened with .47 upgrade

Steps to Reproduce

Install 1.7.43.
Check block status on main screen
Start the IBM
Upgrade to 1.7.45

Expected Behavior
