Commits the musl-static backend binary and frontend tarball under releases/v1.4.0/ so the raw-content URLs referenced by manifest.json actually resolve. Without this commit update.check returns "available" but update.download 404s, which is why self-updates have been silently broken since 1.3.5. Size budget note: this is ~110 MiB committed per release (binary + PWA assets). Established pattern in the existing manifest; once CI publishes reliably we can move to a GitHub release or FileBrowser share instead.
