Dorian 04926961b7 Fix Docker image pull error by removing image tag ...

- Remove 'image: indeedhub-prototype:latest' line
- Force Docker to build from Dockerfile instead of trying to pull
- Fixes Portainer deployment error: 'pull access denied'
