Dorian b94226a7f4 Update SVG assets for improved design consistency 
- Revise app-icon.svg and logo.svg to enhance stroke widths and circle radii for a more cohesive look
- Adjust stroke widths from 3 to 30 for better visibility
- Maintain design elements while ensuring a unified aesthetic across both icons
